Schooltool Parent Portal is open! (Secondary only)

Thank you for your patience in our transition to Schooltool. We have been working on migrating data from our former system and getting the system ready for all users, including parents. We have been phasing in users and will continue to expand upon the capacity of this system as we move forward. We are very pleased and excited to have the parent portal open. If you see errors in any information, please contact us using the information below.

What is Schooltool?   Schooltool is a student management system.

What is the Parent Portal? The Parent Portal allows parents/guardians to view their child’s academic information in real time from anywhere an Internet connection is available. With a Parent Portal account, parents can view the following student information:

Student Record (basic information)

Contact Information

Student’s schedule

Attendance

Assessments

Grades

Assignment grades

Email capabilities between teachers and counselors

Getting Started with Parent Portal…..

Before parents can access their child’s school records via the Parent Portal, they must:

  1. Have an email address on file with the school.  You will receive an email with your password for your initial log in by October 21, 2013.  The email will contain information on how to set-up your Parent Portal account. This message will include a temporary, secure password you will use to log into the system the first time.

Once your email is in the system, you will receive log in/pw information via email.
